Our 7 Step Process
1.Initial Consultation
Meet with us to discuss your vision, needs, and project goals.
2.Site Assessment
We’ll visit your site to evaluate its potential and understand your requirements.
3.Concept Design
We’ll create an initial design proposal that reflects your vision and objectives for the project.
4.Plan Finalization
Refine and perfect the design to meet all specifications and requirements, ensuring it aligns with the project objectives, while simultaneously providing a comprehensive and fixed project quotation for approval and execution.
5.Approvals & Contracts
Take care of the planning permission process, ensure all necessary approvals are obtained, and oversee the finalization of contracts to ensure everything is in place for the project.
6.Construction Phase
Transform your vision into reality through skilled craftsmanship and consistent progress updates.
Construction typically commences three to four months after the completion of the structural drawings. A 10% payment of the agreed cost is due upon the initiation of work.
Every two weeks, a valuation of the completed work will be conducted. You will have 7 days to review and approve the valuation, after which the agreed payment is due. Additionally, 5% of each invoice will be retained and released at a later stage.
7.Handover
Completion
Congratulations, your project is now complete! At this stage, all expected works have been carried out to the highest standards. A payment of 2.5% of the total cost will be required upon completion.
Certification
If any gas or electrical works were carried out during the project, the relevant certificates will be provided. Additionally, a Building Control completion certificate will be issued to confirm compliance with regulations.
Snagging List
Occasionally, minor issues may arise after completion. Any issues you identify can be added to the snagging list, and we will address them promptly. The final 2.5% of the cost will be due once the snagging items have been resolved.
